5 Year Warranty

Terms and Conditions

All DuraVision mirrors are manufactured with high quality materials and stringent quality control manufacturing processes. We, as manufacturers, are confident that our DuraVision products are made to the highest standards. As a result, most DuraVision mirrors carry a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, within the warranty period, we will replace the faulty part free of charge (excluding freight or installation costs). If it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it at our discretion.

 

Exception to 5 Year Warranty:

First Surface Mirrors are not subject to any warranty.

Due to the harsh conditions these products receive, the following products are subject to a 12 month warranty only:

  • Corrections Mirror Range
  • Inspection and Lookunder Mirror Ranges
  • Learn To Swim Mirrors

 

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • The natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components, such as coastal conditions
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance
  • Damage as a result of use of the product for which it is not designed
  • Damage caused by Third Parties

 

Personal Data and Privacy

  • We store your personal information obtained from the Registration Form on a secure database for 5 years.
  • We use Cognito Forms to capture your personal data. Cognito Forms are compliant with new data protection standards and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which takes effect 25 May 2018.
  • We do not share or use the data obtained from the Registration Form for any other purpose than to identify your submission for the Warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
To qualify for a Warranty Claim, all DuraVision mirrors must be registered, within 90 days of purchase, with the manufacturer (Bennett Mirror Technologies Ltd) through their online registration form with the supplied Serial Number (usually located on the back of the mirror or face), description and date of purchase.

To make a claim, you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact Bennett Mirror Technologies using the Contact Us form on this website and tell us the issue you have with the product. Please provide us with as much information as possible.
